We understand that children can experience anxiety, depression, and anger. These overwhelming feelings can cause a child to act out or withdraw. This can be a scary experience for children and parents. Our therapists are trained to work with children experiencing anxiety, depression, and anger due to divorce, loss, trauma, or school stress.
We use creative and fun tools to help children release negative feelings associated with traumatic events. We also work with parents to develop new communication skills to re-establish positive rapport with their children. We take a collaborative approach when working with children. We value and welcome your feedback and involve parents in the therapeutic process. We look forward to working with you.
